Apathetic Pathetic ISP - Cancellation a Nightmare!

Pathetic is an inadequate description. Internet is pathetically slow, usage throttled. Sent cancellation email 01/04/24 - received automated response from Cancellations dept that they would contact me within 10 days. Surprise, surprise nobody bothered to follow up. Impossible to phone them - restricted to their useless WhatsApp number, where messages go to die. Logged another call on WhatsApp, they could not see what their Cancellations department does - sent screenshots etc. and had to cancel the service online, which moved the cancellation date to end May instead of end April. Ticket open to escalate matter, assured Cancellations dept would contact me. Another 10 days have passed and no response. Avoid this service provider like the plague - overjoyed that I will no longer be a customer.
