Apalling service fron Supersonic/MTN

Hopeless response to problems with local tower. Service from both entities stinks. Useless so called technical assistance. Unable to handle call at first level of fault-finding. 4 days of no broadband service does not appear to be a problem to either of them. Supersonic customer care useless and they constantly escape the pressure of one's call by advising the switch off of the router for 15 mins. Don't use either of them.
