Another horrible service
Good day
It is unfortunately another horrible service review for me.
I place an order for 5 packages and paid for all 5, but only received 3 on Monday. I immediately called them to follow up, and nothing came out of it. I have spent over 6 hours on supersonic trying to resolve this issue. On Tuesday, I was told to expect a call and nothing happened, the same promise yesterday. There are apparently 2 people who handled my orders, and Tyrone was supposed to get back to me yesterday. I am still waiting.
This is not the first time this happens, and there is not email address that one can use for such, you are stuck with their *********** WhatsApp and call Centre agents.

09 Jul 2021, 06:17As I thought, nothing was resolved, was just told another lie about my order having been dispatched yesterday and how the courier would contact me; nothing like that has happened. This is really frustrating now.

The last time there was a reply to my post here was on the 9th, and then there was total silence. I am totally disgusted at this below par service from such a big company. I am even failing to get them to cancel my deal, so that I can go elsewhere.
