Another dissatisfied Customer

If I could give you a minus I would. Cannot get through to the call centre. I open ticket after ticket and they mark as closed. The last ticket I opened I complained again about my speed and they rep**** with problem fixing for a PC. Really? I am unfortunately using them because there are no other service providers in my area for fibre. To say bad service is putting it mildly. Supersonic should not be allowed to be a service provider in South Africa.
