Another Big ISP Company to Avoid at All Costs

I wish it were possible to mark this as less than 1-star but this is the lowest I am allowed to rate Supersonic. I cannot stress this enough, stay away from Supersonic, they used to be a reliable provider who cared about customer service, however this has lapsed. Their customer service and response times are so slow that they border on non-existent. If you have any enquires regarding your account or the status of your service, irrespective of what channel you use to "communicate" with them, you will not get any feedback. Whatsapp tickets are prematurely closed prior to their operational hours, support tickets logged through their portals are never engaged with and then closed, and if they double debit you, expect it to be seen as a donation - paying homage to their widespread inefficiencies.

I don't know what exactly happened at this company as they never used to be this bad, but shame on you Supersonic. Your disdain for your customer base is disgusting.

Avoid this ISP at all costs, its worth paying more to ensure that you actually get a service.
