***** and non consent premium increase

Supersonic increased my monthly instalment and coverage without my consent, from 20by20 coverage to 40by40. I called them and told them asked to downgrade back to 20by20 as I signed and consent to, I always at work ant staying with my son only. I don’t afford that premium, but they refuse to downgrade.
