An ISP olympic and record holder of bad service

I have had the worst experience with Supersonic. Their specialty seems to be bad to non-existent service. I’ve been trying to update my payment details for weeks, but I can’t get in touch with anyone. None of their support channels work, and it feels like they don’t care about receiving payments. To make matters worse, they’ve now disconnected my service after two weeks of trying to resolve this. If bad service were an Olympic sport, they would definitely win the gold medal and set a record! Medallist and Record holders.
