Amazing retention skills

I would like to take the time to thank Prince Makwakwa for being able to explain why my internet connection speed is slow and he helped me understand the difference from 2.4g and 5g connections. I have my full speeds available now and my connections are great.

I would also take the time to applaud the service and skills of a lady that managed to retain me twice. Vanessa Nkuna you are great at what you do, your patience and ability to listen to the customer needs and how you respond is awesome. You are a assist to a company that has such poor service
