Amateur customer service

The customer service when trying to activate a sim is HELL ! I can't easily get ahold of them through their communication channels and don't get me started on their retarded whatsapp chat bot that leaves you waiting until daybreak. It's unfortunate I have to deal with them since vumatel is also sh*tty on their side with frequent fibre breaks which is why I opted for wifi .
