Amanda Cindy with amazing service.

Tough crowd for Supersonic over here but in all the two years I've had their fiber, i gotta say I've never experienced issues. One did come recently when I changed my card details and requested them to do an immediate payment. I was still not connected even the following day, I called in today and got wonderful assistance from a lady called Amanda Cindy. She saw that the problem was i didn't get a new password for my account( The need for a new password seems weird since all I changed was my card details.) But anyway, props to Cindy for quickly figuring that out and giving me my new password. 5 stars for her, but 4 for the company because the agent i dealt with before could have told me that I need a new password.
