Again and again

Once Again this company that is all over your social media pages and streaming services fails to deliver Had 2 instances in the past 2 days wwhere tech support was needed, Reported at 16h00 via W app, received a text at 02hoo the next day saying try again, no comms in between Same happened yesterday reporteed at 15h00, no acknowledgement, same copy paste reply at 2h00, reported at 08h00 again no reply, not on W app bot, So called client zone or the client care line, Not my first encounter with them, but I think i am going to make it my last after care is the the only service that differentiate 1 provider from another, products are the same don't expect an answer from them though
