Administration services are not acceptable, got message to state in arrears with payment, phoned call centre, can't pull up my information, emailed proof of payment for last 4 months since last invoice/statement received to the email address provided as well as call centre agent - was informed that I will be contacted. Supersonic, not cool please sort this out.

09 Feb 2021, 19:56After spending 40 min on the line sending proof I get home and my internet not working. I have been on the line for 31 min. To be told I am being transferred to customer services because my account has been suspended. I have been taking screenshots of my time on line with super sonic. This is really unbelievable having to go through this. I am working from home and do not have the luxury of being offline. Please advise ASAP

This is really disgusting, again today my account is suspended what the heck? Now my 3rd call to your call centre I have a massive system demo now at 11:00. It is working now again after me phoning and being informed by your agent that my account once again has been suspended but sitting with proof of payments. I want a manager to phone me.
