People avoid, I cancelled my account with them in October 2020. No response from them. Moved to a new ISP which then needed them to release my line. They said I owed them R262, when paid they will release my line. Line was release. Happy me.

February 2024, I get told I've been handed over and need to pay R2309.01. I've received no corraspondance from them after I've paid the R262 to have my line release by them.

I have proof of emails showing I cancelled, they have no proof showing I owe R2309.01.

Hope this company all the best with their ******** activiaties. Clever way of making money.
