Acknowledgement of ripping me off and do nothing about it

Check what this company is charging you! For over a year they had reduced the price of a 10mb line to R450 without any notification. They left me to pay R695 for a product they were charging R450 for. I only realised because of an outage which led me to go onto their website where i realised. I called them and the lady said they would give me the updated price ASAP. two months later they still charged me R695 and convinced me to stay because they would charge me the lower (correct) fee. After long phone calls every month finally i got transferred to a supervisor. After 5 minutes of waiting on the supervisor they tell me supervisor is unavailable and will call me back. They should not be able to charge more without notification. guaranteed they are *********** way more clients than just me.
