Accounts Department does not know how allocations work

Their accounts department does not know accounting. After njmerous mails to their accounts department showing that their statement does not balance they went and switch off the connection. One can clearly see invoice payment and taking a calculator you can see it adds up to zero. But they say it is overdue 90 days. Tried calling but you only get to a person saying they will call you back and that also does not happen.
