Account up to date, yet my internet service has been canceled. No response from the company (Supersonic) except for AUTOMATED responses- pathetic!!!

It's over a week that my internet service provider (#supersonic) canceled my internet services. After numerous emails to most of their email address.. ***ca ***ca *** *** Contact numbers provided... ****** The matter has yet not been resolved and this is after my account is up to date. The latest was payment made for April 2024 - but no service. Payment made for 'clawback' (which to my knowledge is if I canceled my account) I DID NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT my service provider did (supersonic) so why should it be to my account? Service paid for April but no service this is -*****! I saw their reviews and there are close to 6000 negative reviews-that alone is a warning sign that supersonic is not a reliable internet service provider. I would like to know from someone at SUPERSONIC what are they going to regarding my service being canceled yet my account is up to date.
