Account suspended

This is really ridiculous, for the last 2days now my service is suspended and not because my account is in the arrears but because your system or someone could not allocate the payments correctly now i have to struggle, and thats not the worst part, getting ahold of you people is nearly impossible and if i do no one ever gets back to me, very unprofessional of supersonic, im disappointed
