Good day, I am trying to get my account up to date however its been a week and i need somebody to explain why my account is R6000 behind. I would also like to cancel due to support, honestly went through this before and i dont get any monthly statements. for the last 3 months I stopped paying but no body can give me a full break down as to why is R6000 behind and not 3 months.

Had a similar situation in June last year.
