Account Resolution from Hell!

This is the worst provider in the country when it comes to sorting out account queries

No one responds to mails, my scenario has spanned two months (SST634824)

And after countless calls, and several different promises and resolutions being made, they still cant allocate all the proof of payments I have sent through and still stipulate that my account is in arears!

I would stay way clear for this service provider. How they are even in business is beyond me. Its the worst customer service experience from an account query and resolution perspective!
