Account problems

I've been having endless problems with my account and it's not getting resolved. I have been emailing,calling (no one answers), sending whatsapp messages but still no luck. I need an account manager to contact me asap to resolve my query as i cant be double charged for topups and incorrectly billed for my monthly subscription
