Account opened under my name

On the 19 of February I received an SMS from VVM debt collectors informing me that I owe supersonic account an amount of R3060.00, which was opened under my name without my knowledge , I called 086 ***, which is their number supersonic to find out what account is it that I owe only to find out that is fiber account opened under my name but home address provided is not mine, I spoke to the lady by the name of Minah Modisane who promised to escalate my issue ,until today with no feedback in regards to this matter. when you call them to find out what steps do I need to do you will hold for hours and with no clarification to how do I get help in such matters. email address provided do not work, my case number is EXV***, THE CASE NUMBER WAS PROVIDED BY KHOLISO. UNTIL TODAY THERE IS NO STATUS OR UPDATE IN REGARD TO THE ACCOUNT, while on the other hand VVM keeps on calling me demanding money for payment
