Absolutely useless support and STILL no internet connection!
I have called numerous times this morning spending over an hour and ALL my airtime on trying to sort out my internet connection. Call centre staff don't know what they are doing and then make you join the call queue again - so you have to start AGAIN! I still don't have an internet connection! Absolutely shambolic service! The worst I have ever encountered!
