Absolutely Useless Service!!

absolutely useless beyond measure. I have been trying to connect fiber at my home for the past 3 weeks. every time I call they tell me need to do an online application, tried a few times and it does not go through. Then you speak to the so called "Superstars" but they cannot help. Ask for a manager or team leader, apparently they in a meeting. I cannot for the life of me understand how difficult it can be when the installation is already done and ONT box installed. It is really sad to see such behavior. If there were competition, this would not be the case.
