Absolutely useless customer service!!!

I logged a query with Supersonic 2 days ago regarding 25gig of data that could went of my usage within 4 hours when I wasn't even at home. I was transferred back and forth between Technical to Customer service and no one could give me an answer. I was advised that they would investigating the matter and someone would call me back. I called back again today and was advised that no called was logged and only notes made but that I need to go through to a different department. No one wants to help me and I've decided to cancel as this is simply disgusting and pathetic service. Absolutely useless!!!
