Absolutely terrible Internet speed.

Absolutely disgusting service from supersonic. My internet speed has been very slow for the past few weeks and nothing is being done about it. Told me to get an outdoor antenna and i explained to them why do I need it when my neighbours speed is 20 times faster than mine and they are also supersonic customers. How do you compare that. And to top it all off my neighbour has 3 bar lte where i have 5 bars and the almost hit the mark of 20mb/s where i mearly get a lousy 0.5 mb/s. I want this resolved or you can take back everything and pay back my money. As i cannot use the Internet like this.
