Absolutely Pathetic - would never use them

Absolutely the worse service and processes I have ever encountered. That say 7 - 14 working days to get set up, it’s been over 5 weeks and counting. Used over R700 trying to call them to get activated, you need to be prepared to hold for >15mins to get an answer each time. Every time there is a “small thing” that needs to be done by this team or that team. It’s as if it’s free. Absolutely pathetic
