Absolutely pathetic service
No answer on telephone number Cannot leave a message No reply on WhatsApp platform I am running a business from home and to get no information is pathetic. At least when Nepic was still our supplier we got answers! Take my money but give me the most horrific service I could ask for! Think twice if you want to acquire their product

Can you guys not at least post a message as there are wuite a lot of unhappiness even on your Facebook page.
No one contacted me so I now want answers.
I have deadlines and don’t have any time frame as to when our lines will be up again.
I am really not happy with this service and you might lose a lot of business because of your current Customer Service.
Unprofessional!!!!
