Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service from Supersonic

What ever you do don't use Supersonic as your Internet service provider. Their service is below pathetic and abysmal. My Supersonic modem got struck by lighting on the 13th January so I am without Internet services for over a week and I am unable to work. I have been making continuous phone calls for over a week, just so that they can send me a quote for a new modem so that I can purchase one ASAP. You have to purchase from them and you can't use your own but they just don't supply you with anything. They keep promising to send me a quote or to get someone to call me back but nothing happens and I have to call back again. All the while you are still paying for a service that is not being provided. My reference no. Is 952294-P3R2S4 and I want a refund for services not rendered because I will be cancelling
