Absolutely Disgusting Service – Worse than a government clinic!

Supersonic is hands down the most useless service provider I’ve ever come across. It took them two weeks just to deliver a router, and when it finally arrived, no technician was sent – instead, I was told to connect it myself. I did, but of course it didn’t work, because they hadn’t even activated it.

So what’s the point of sending a customer a router that isn’t activated? Since then, I’ve had to call every single day, sit on hold for 30+ minutes, and listen to excuse after excuse with no solution in sight. Their customer service is honestly worse than a government clinic – at least there you eventually get some help.

I’m canceling the whole fibre deal and they can come fetch their router. Supersonic is a waste of time, money, and patience. Stay far away if you value your sanity.
