Absolutely disgusted

Oh my word!!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST ISP ever!!!!

For the last 10 nights, every freaking night, the Internet would stop working at around 8pm and eventually I would go to bed in such a bad mood at around 10pm cause it doesn't come back on. This is absolutely awful!!!

Trying to get support on the line is an absolute JOKE and requesting a call back doesn't help either cause NOBODY phones back. Look I have really had it with the disgusting service from Supersonic! I was originally with Nepic and had no issues what so ever until Supersonic took over and it has not been pleasant at all.

How can the Internet connection be 100% during the day but come 7 or 8pm at night and NOTHING???!!!

Enough is enough I will be cancelling in the morning when there are people awake and available to take my call!!
