Absolutely bad service

Lack of service not answering telephones not adhering to clients requests - don't respond to whatsapp's - tried cancelling an order since last week - no joy - still active - cannot connect to new provider as I'm still link to them - have logged multip**** tickets and up to date no responds - I did receive a phone call last Thursday and told the agent I want to cancel - never happened - received message from Openserve to make a booking for connecting with Supersonic??????
