Absolute worst!!!
I would not recommend supersonic to anyone...their service is shocking and nobody gets back to you!!!I have sent countless emails to the gentleman( Phillip Gumede) that helped me cancel my contract,only to be ignored. I cancelled my fibre contract at the beginning of December,come January they still take money off your account...when you ask them when it will be refunded there is no reply what so ever...worst fibre company I have ever dealt with,no customer care and horrible service.
