Absolute Disappointment

I am beyond appalled by the nonchalance and lack of consideration displayed by supersonic lately. I relocated 2 weeks ago and informed supersonic of my move about 3 weeks prior. I also told them that my new home was fibre ready to which they rep****: installation takes up to 14 days. Friday 12th of February 2021 was the 14th day. No one showed. I called and was promised to be recontacted, but of course it was a lie. I went to Facebook, but the only help I could was "be patient". At this point, what exactly is keeping me from stopping using their services?
