Abdul Erasmus changed my review from 1 to 4!

I had lost faith in Supersonic when they could not get Frogfoot to respond quickly to a support ticket. (Frogfoot are the worst). However, after going through Supersonics standard checklist a few times... I eventually got through to Abdul Erasmus. They guy is my hero. He truly knows about what client experience is and that it is important for business. Most importantly, he knows how important clear, concise and regular feedback is.
