A Company that doesnt know how to communicate!!!

Your way of communicating is useless. I tried all your methods of contact and still havent received feedback. I used your whatsapp line to cancel and then was given a number to call - that person then told me to email *** and I will get feedback within 48 hrs . i did this on the 8 April - waited and got no feedback - then i called in a week later and was told its been escalated for urgent attention - still nothing. Then i sent another mail on the 21 April and still no feedback.Why does it take forever to get feedback??
