7 days waiting on wifi router to be activated / worst service ever.

Superaonic and they superstars I'm sorry to say but your service sucks big time. I'm waiting exactly 7 working days for my wifi router to be activated. I've called in 2/3 times daily wastes more then R150 airtime and still nothing has been done. All agents I spoke to has esculated my query/request for activation I was even promised call backs and emails but nothing from no one. I've decided to cancell it instead and even this is ridiculous an automated email reply stating an agent will contact me. I'm still waiting. How long should one wait for service? I've had so many service providers and this by far is the worst in actual fact this is the only terrible service I ever received. Worse ever. You have lots of learning to do supersonic!!!

Hi Joshua, someone finally heard my cry and help resolve my problem, thank you very much for getting back to me though it's just a pity that a bad review had to be made first before getting the proper assistants required. My kids are happy so I'm happy with the Wi-Fi router now that's been resolved. Word of advice for future customers - on delivery rather let the sim cards either be Rica or activated, less hassle and less dissatisfied customers you'll get which could end up with more recommendations, which can only result in growth for your company.
