5th Review Still no Resolution - Pathetic Service

It's been close to 5 months that I've been querying my account with you I have written 5 different reviews on this platform and have had Francois call me a couple of times but has provided no solution. I need to have a competent person that actually understands whats going on with my account to investigate these errors on my account
