5 stars for Supersonic staff member "BD" , 0 stars for Supersonic

To clarify immediately - These 5 stars are NOT for you Supersonic but for one of the most respectable people I have ever communicated with. For confidentiality purposes the person I'm referring to is "BD". "BD" is the ONLY Supersonic staff member to have ever treated me as a human being. I am in the middle of a terrible conflict with Supersonic at the moment but at the same time I believe in giving credit where it is due. To all other Supersonic customers who are dealing with this highly *********** company, give their facebook page a visit, message them through facebook chat and you might have the privilege of meeting team members such as "BD". My complaints are not resolved but for the first time today I was respected. Whoever replies to this from Supersonic, please ensure that recognition is given to "BD" and that this person is promoted.
