48-72 hours turnaround time is actually 9 days

I logged a call on Tuesday night that I have issues with the adapter and I was told the service turnaround time is 48-78 hours when I followed up on Wednesday morning. I called today and I was informed that 48-72 hours is not 3 days but 9 days because it's broken down to 8 working hours per day. I asked about my school and work and I was informed to purchase data because the matter has been reffered to mtn and they are awaiting feedback
