3 hours to reconnect to the internet

Lately since loadreductions starts and end it takes over 3 hours for my router to connect to the internet.

I work from home so this is not acceptable. Also I have logged numerous tickets to this regard and they stay open or are closed with no resolution.

Please could someone contact me with regards to this today I am sitting for 3 hours and 30 mins. with no connection. Yet I am paying for always on fiber internet.

Please can someone contact me. Very disappointed
