20 days since order, still not activated

We placed an order for fibre on the 5th of June. It's been 20 DAYS and we are still waiting.

A couple of weeks after our initial order Huawei came to install the line, but still no wifi.

Supersonic now has to send us a router, and quoted an additional 3 WEEKS to do so (we live in Johannesburg).

I don't understand how incredibly difficult it is to become a paying customer for this business. We are in a pandemic and people are forced to work from home, I am burning through mobile data like crazy.

I am super unhappy and can only hope for receiving our router and being activated soon.
