18 DAYS OF WAITING 😒😤

I've been waiting for 18 days (app**** on the 11th of Dec) for my order to be processed... And then I must wait a other 14 days for installation...

A family member app**** on the 9th of Dec and his WiFi is up but I'm waiting for 18 days for my order to be processed...

On Monday the 27th I was told it's been escalated to the manager and the manager will call me the Tuesday... But if I use supersonic and I miss one payment by a day. Supersonic will very fast cut my line... But when the client has a problem supersonic takes years to solve the problem...

I want my installation to be done before the 3rd of Jan... Because I'm tired of waiting... I'm trying to use your services but this is the service I get.. and I haven't started using the services... What's going to happen if I start using it?
