11 days later, still no technician or service...
Internet been offline since the 1st of August. Been following up with supersonic everyday to no avail. Technician to be send out to fix fiber line but no ETA can be given. Everyday the call gets escalated but still nothing. Tried supersonic Facebook, whatsapp and call center but same feedback everyday. Please send out a technician to fix the fiber line. CAS-***-J9G0W7
