100GB Fixed LTE Farce - STAY AWAY!

This IS THE WORST ISP in South Africa by a long, long mile. If you are looking at the 100GB Fixed LTE package for R249 per month - save yourself the time and the hassle as you will use more trying to get a hold of their Customer Care department. The support team is ok, but the rest is an absolute joke. As a 69 year old lady, who listens to radio via streaming services and streams TV between 17:00 and 20:00, I have been going through 200GB per month. The top up cost is more than double the cost of the main service. The Contact Centre dont bother to answer via phone nor WhatsApp. Save yourself the time and hassle.
