Don't do this to yourself. Over the past 5 weeks I have had 3 different outages totaling in around 3.5 weeks of downtime to my service. None of them related to my hardware.

The only customer support channel open to you is the call center, everything else has been "down for maintenance" since August. This is the same call center that EVERYONE is calling to resolve their issues.

Pretty sure these guys are circling the drain, so get yourself a different ISP.
