0 STAR - WORST ISP - THEY ARE ACTIVELY *****ING MONEY FROM ME

Supersonic is holding my line hostage! Do not use this ISP. I am not unable to activate a new connection at my place, because Supersonic has not yet cancelled my line.

After spending more than a total of 10 hours on the phone, more than 10 cancellation emails, I've literally exhausted my ability to cancel this subscription. Supersonic also has not called me back once since I started this process - every time I call the only number they have they are unable to assist me further.

SUPERSONIC IS BY FAR THE WORST, MOST DIABOLICAL ISP in SA. They are happy to ***** your money, provide you NO internet access, and lock you in a subscription you cannot ESCAPE!
