PLEASE CONTACT ME SO I CAN CANCEL
Hi, for the love of god, please cancel my installation. I app**** over a month ago, i cannot get through to anyone on the call center or the whatsapp line, the one time i got through your line dropped, all i want is to cancel.
I decided i could no longer wait around with no updates, it took one day for Mweb to come out after i app****.
Also why even have a support email address if it is unattended.

Should anyone have issues i the future, i recommend skipping all channels of communication they put forward and jump to hello peter.
I would update the rating to a 3 star as atleast the customer team monitoring hello peter is on the ball.
