WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

The service is the worst it has been 14 days and my service has not been activated yet I have phoned numerous times and logged tickets even and asked if a technician can come to my house because my WAN (INTERNET) Light is not showing on the wifi box but nobody is hearing me I am very disappointed for this customer service that I am getting #SS***
