Supersonic Worst ISP Ever

Supersonic is the worst ISP ever, there client services are nonexistent. There is no point to their ticketing system as the matters are not attended too. I have an open ticket dating back to Nov 2025 as well as a complaint ticket dating back a month to which not even an acknowledgement has been received. They are quick to contact and chase you and disconnect your service if they claim you owe them but when they realize the error was on their side they can't be bothered to resolve the issue
