Supersonic Worst Internet Service Provider!!

Supersonic Acc Number: SS***. Supersonic is the worst ISP there is. Since March 2025, we have had our wifi internet services suspended, all because their portal system is never fully updated. The suspension usually lasts between one and four days. Presently, we haven't been connected since Sunday 21 December. Each time they suspend our service, we need to call their call center and then explain from the beginning all of our payment history, which means we need to buy enough call minutes. With every call, we are promised by agents that they will have everything updated in no time, but never is. The worst part is that we can not even cancel the subscription because it is done through the portal, which always reflects our account as being in arrears, when we are always ahead in payment. To date, the days that we have been suspended are over 20, this month of December alone, we have been suspended for 9 days. I don't need to point out just how of an inconvenience this has been. The worst part is that we are never compensated for any days suspended, but instead, we get repeats of suspensions and a mouthful of apologies.
